The Evening School

Every year, the Evening School in Vágur offers classes and various courses for youth and adults. The Evening School is for people aged 15 and older. Classes are held in different locations around Vágur. Weaving has its own premises in the basement of the Health Center. Most courses are held in Vágur School, Fablab Vágur, and Miðlatún.

Each year, we strive to bring new inspiration, catering to different age groups and interests. We also aim to maintain the popular courses. The offerings of the Evening School vary from year to year to meet the needs of the citizens and trends in society.

The Evening School Magazine

This year, we have tried to maintain the popular courses. In addition, we have introduced new courses. This year, we have also focused on including more short courses in the program, as these shorter courses have shown to be of great interest among people. This means that the schedule includes several one-day courses, such as glasswork and, as something new, photo restoration. Take a look at the bulletin and get inspired – the selection is large this school year.
